Film

My stories in this category are here: * FILM

Documentaries go in-depth on complex issues and reveal human stories, amazing sound-scapes and emotive visuals. That’s probably why I’m drawn to them and love to watch them. I try and keep up with NFB screenings, Doc Soup, Rendezvous with Madness and several of the other small film festivals in the city. Occasionally I write film reviews or articles spurred by the topics of inspirational films.

Coming soon… I’ll be posting my article and interview with Brett Gaylor the director of the new NFB film: www.nfb.ca/rip. Also, my review of a new documentary about community-based conservation in Namibia and Kenya: www.milkingtherhino.org.
